How ChatGPT answers Apollo's buyers
We asked ChatGPT 15 questions a copier or robot buyer in the Houston area might ask, and recorded who it recommends. No ads were involved.

"Does Apollo Office Systems sell PUDU robots?"
Yes. ChatGPT says Apollo sells, leases and services PUDU robots, calls it a Tier 1 distributor, and links Apollo's robot catalog.
What we recommend
Robots
ChatGPT already recommends Apollo for most robot questions here, so ChatGPT ads would add little. A robot test fits Meta better: it reaches Houston restaurant, hotel and facility managers before they start searching.
Copiers
Start with the free fixes: pages aimed at Houston copier dealers, Canon, repair and managed print, plus more customer reviews. If you test ChatGPT ads, these are the questions to aim them at.
AI sales platform
We have already built a CRM for Apollo, running on our server, and the robot advisor on your website feeds leads into it today. If you want to take it further, it could be the base for automated follow-ups, email campaigns and quotes, with the Second Brain bots plugged in.
Questions for Jeff
Next step for robots: a page on autonomous floor scrubbers for warehouses, the one robot question where ChatGPT does not name Apollo today. It is a buying page, not a blog post, and it can only state what you confirm. These answers decide what it says.
For the warehouse scrubber page
- Prices: your PUDU catalog page already lists BG1 at $36,999 or $843.58 a month, BG1 Pro at $39,999 or $911.98, MT1 Vac at $20,000 or $456.00, and MT1 Max at $25,000 or $570.00. May the new page repeat them? The CC1 Pro Disc shows "Price on quote": is there a price to publish, or keep it on quote? The $858 docking station for the MT1 units is not on the catalog: should the page list it?
- Service area: which Texas cities or counties do you cover for installation and service?
- Response time: how soon can a technician be on site in Greater Houston, and elsewhere in Texas? Do you stock parts in Alvin?
- Demo: do you offer a site walk or a demo before purchase? What do installation and training include beyond PUDU CARE's first year?
- BG1 and BG1 Pro: PUDU markets them for event spaces, concourses and big lobbies. Are you comfortable calling them warehouse scrubbers, or should the page say "large open floors"?
- Optional: is there a Texas customer running a PUDU cleaner that we can name or describe, with the floor size and a photo?
For the listings ChatGPT reads
- Is Apollo listed on PUDU's dealer locator with its Texas territory? If not, can your PUDU contact add it?
- Can we get manager access to Apollo's Google Business Profile and Bing Places, to add the categories "Industrial equipment supplier" and "Janitorial equipment supplier" and list the robots as products?
Method: ChatGPT's own consumer answers, collected November 6, 2026 for a United States, English user, each question asked once. Position is Apollo's place among the businesses an answer names. Answers vary from one run to the next, so read the counts as a snapshot, not a fixed score.
